This is a brand new original spare tire taken off of my 2005 GMC Sierra. You will receive the exact tire pictured. Never used but not sure how reliable it is due to the age. There are no cracks and the rubber still feels quite nice as far as I can tell. Would make for a great back-up/spare but not sure I would trust it for any long distance, again, just due to the age and not due to any known issue.
