These are brand new take-off hooks. I am converting brand new ratchets with hooks to speed-clips. They have never been used. These are rated at 3,300 LBS safe working load.You can convert any ratchet with a 2 inch strap to hooks so that your ratchet stays at the connection point on your trailer. This is a much better configuration if you are hauling cars and want to strap tires. Only the 2 hooks and 4 spacers are included in this sale.
