This is for a used OE trailer hitch for a Saab 900. Part number 117196501 has a removable receiver so you do not have a shin buster when you are not towing something. This was much more rare than the one piece versions. The hitch did have surface rust but I have sanded and scraped it down and then painted it with rust restore as a primer and then top coated with rustoleum so it looks pretty good now.
