This trim and tilt assembly was removed from a 2004 Yamaha 3.1L 225 HP, 6 cylinder, 2 stroke, fuel injected, 20 inch outboard. Model Number VX225TLRC, Engine Serial- 66K L 1001559 As shown in pictures, there is a crack at the base of the motor. It doesn’t affect how it operates and doesn’t leak. The manual release screw is a little stripped, but it is not seized up. Someone has repainted this assembly and the paint is close to the correct Yamaha color, but not exact.
