This is a single 1-piece ABS defrost vent mounted in the dashboard for your windshield - MADE AND SOLD in the USA. That OEM old grid-type vent falls apart and crumbles. It also caves in. This new item simply snaps in-place in the existing opening with no other modifications other than clearing out the opening of the remaining OEM vent.
