This part is for Jeep Cherokee XJs years 1984-1996. This item is gray in color. Item does have some scuffs and scratches. There are multiple screw holes along the item from someone mounting it with self tapper screws. See photos. Item does have a chip at the bottom middle where it goes around the latch.
