This listing is for a GM windshield garnish molding, part # 20065754. It was sold to me as new old stock and the condition appears to be consistent with that. It may have gotten damp at some point because there are a few spots where it looks like the paper may have stuck to the molding slightly. I assume this is what is referred to as 'shelf wear'.
