This is an original Tesla Model 3 Y 2017-23 rear seat air outlet vent trim sticker in matte black. It is made of durable plastic with a self-adhesive backing for easy installation. The trim sticker is designed to be scratch-resistant and easy to clean. It is from my original 2020 model Y. Nothing wrong with it. I upgraded two and aftermarket touchscreen in the rear.
