Here is a complete re-coverable seat assembly that came off of a 1971 Honda CB350 road bike. This seat model was unique to the 1971 K3 Honda CB350. See tag on pic 17 for your application. The assembly is in good structural condition. The pan has no brutal rust-out. It has some common light pitting or light weathering on the pan underside, but the hinges, rubber bumpers, and latch are in good shape.
