It is in excellent condition, with no shaft play, comes complete with OEM wastegate actuator that has stock crack pressure of 9psi. All studs are included with good threads. It has the typical wastegate hairline crack that just about every used Subaru VF turbo has. It had no effect on performance in my application. Came from a 2006 sti with 120k miles....
