This turbo specs out to a 13G or 13T depending on what manufacturer its from. It appears to be genuine MHI as there are mitsubishi stampings on the wastegate actuator. It is in good shape and works however it would be prudent to get a cartridge for it if you truly want a fresh turbo. Shaft play is within acceptable tolerances and there is no inlet or outlet scraping....
