Came off a 2012 Volvo vln with a Cummins ISX15 2250. We were doing some upgrades and no longer needed this Turbo I believe it's the original turbo the truck has 630,000 miles on it right now and there was no issues with it has no measurable shaft play has vgt actuator included...
