This part was purchased as a replacement part for the factory OEM part but turned out that the turbo was the issue. Comes with all of the parts that are needed for a replacement. This includes the actuator, wiring harness, gaskets, bolts, and OBII module. You will need to have it programmed unless you are able to figure out how to program it with the module that was sent.
