This is a new never installed open box aftermarket GT28 style turbocharger. It was purchased new about 6 years ago and never installed. Stored in doors and shows only light surface corrosion on the exhaust housing. Spins freely and includes everything as shown in picture. Paid over $450 for this new - just looking to move it along to someone who can use it. My Loss is your gain!
