Turbo that came out of my 2018 Forester XT. This turbo was in the car for 20,000 miles. Subaru dealer told me the turbo turbine has excessive play, independent mechanic told me there was normal play. Independent mechanic found an exhaust leak on the car and believes that was the problem. This turbo did make boost prior to bringing car in for service. I am not a mechanic, but can try to answer any questions you have....
