This is a new turbocharger and we have added a Billet Compressor wheel. The billet wheel is stock dimensions not oversized. Direct Fit for 2004.5-2007 Dodge Cummins 2500, 3500 This will work for the 2003-2004 Dodge but will need a plug where the sensor goes. We can supply this plug if requested at check out.We have also adjusted the waste gate setting so you will get 3-5 lbs of boost over the stock setting.
