Men's Size 11 Motorcycle riding boots. Say size 46 inside. They are lace-up, and have a velcro panel over the laces. Often used for Bicycling or Street and Road motorcycling. Comes from a non-smoking home. In ebay's infinite silliness, they are insisting that buyers (that's you) fill out the "star rating system"...
