This is an Original Chevrolet (GM) water pump used on Big Block engines in 1965 thru 1968. The Casting Number on this pump is # 3856284. The water pump in the photo is dated G86 (July 8, 1966). (Note: Early 1965 pumps were built with flat back plates and pan head screws. Later models used later style back plates and oil pan bolts.) They are rebuilt accordingly to NCRS standards.
