This listing is for ONE (1) very nice original equipment 13" wheel cover originally used on the 1974 ONLY Ford Mustang II (Base, Ghia) models equipped with 13" steel wheels. This cap doesnt appear to have ever been installed. The emblem is virtually flawless. The black painted areas look great. No curb rash. Probably as close to being new as you're going to find unless you find one thats still in the box! Minor shelf wear should probably be expected from storage, but nothing really worth mention...
