This is a set of 4 Packard hubcaps. These are 15" wheel covers I believe for 1954 Clipper. Average used condition, driver quality. As with all vintage used hubcaps these may or may not contain dings, dents, scuffs, scratches, scrapes, bends, missing paint or parts, chipped paint, retouch paint, cracks, rust, pits, fade, wear, stains etc.. etc.. etc... therefore they are not perfect they are driver quality.
