For Sale: One Genuine GM 15" locking deluxe wire wheel cover that should be correct for the 1977 1978 Buick Riviera or Electra. It is missing the center cap. Condition: Decent condition for the age with no pitting. Has one area on the outer edge about 4" that has a curbing mark. The black painted part is nice.
