These are raw, unpolished, and unbrushed 6061 aluminum with flags engraved on the face of the cap. You can polish them, powder coat them, paint them, or just leave them. The hole centers are 2 1/4" pattern, this will fit many different rims. Since these are raw aluminum there might be light scratches that you polish out or not worry about them.
