These Genuine Eagle® rim covers fit Ford L8000 equipped with 22.5" ten lugs, two vent holes, stud-piloted steel wheels with an 11.25" bolt circle with one of the noted numbers. Stud-piloted wheels do not have a built-in washer on the backside of the wheel lug nuts.
