You are buying the 1 hubcap pictured which was used on 1974 to 1981 VW Dasher and Rabbit models with 13" steel wheels. The clips are good and the cap will fit fine. This is a very hard hubcap to find. If you have any questions just ask. Your purchase is a legally binding contract so please read the entire description before purchasing.
