You are buying the 3 retainers pictured. These are really hard to find and this style was used on many 1981 to 1989 Dodge, Chrysler and Plymouth models with 15" steel wheels and wire wheel covers. These retainers are not pretty, but fully functional. They can only be used with the 15" wire spoke hubcap as seen in pics #3 and #4 and no other hubcap in the world. Any questions just ask.
