These 15" covers are used, have a few light scratches, several dings and other imperfections expected of a used vintage wheel cover. These came on the Eldorado and SeVille from approx. early 1980's through mid 1985 or so. Made for front wheel drive but will also fit rear wheel drive rims. These won't fit the 1970's early style Eldorado. These are made for the factory lock bolts not included and someone pried the holes on two of them, probably was in the shop and no one had a key.
