This is a complete front wheel and tire kit. Both are new but have been installed on a bike. The bike was converted to dirt tires at the customers request. The tread is new. There are slight marks where the brake rotor was previously installed. This is a 17" wheel supporting a Kingstone 110/70-17 street tire. It will fit all model years....
