Good condition. Slight surface rust. No dings. Rim is straight. Comes with all that you see in photos. Axle, nut, spacer, brake plate and chain adjusters. Tire is not usable. Tube does not hold air. Axle threads are rough. Needs to be re-tapped I think. CHECK PHOTOS....
