In perfect working condition. Rim is has no bad spots at all. The tire looks great and should still have a lot of life left. The rim has no cracks and is true. The spokes are tight and true also.This will come with the whole wheel including rubber dampers and final chain drive flange, spacers, seals, inner spacer. No axle or chain tension adjusters. If you need anything not listed yet, just ask. I have a the fuel tank and a bunch of other items I haven't got around too yet. Came off a running 19...
