This is the stock front wheel from a 2008 Harley Rocker C. It has general wear and some raised chrome in a small area, and there is a slight raised spot on the rim, a very small bend. The tire has less than 100 miles on it, I think the bend took place when the new tire was installed, but the shop denies that....
