The front 19 inch rim on this set is wider than the stock rim giving a much more stable platform. The front rim is 1.6 inches wide whereas the stock is 1.4 inches wide. 1.6 is the normal width of a 21 inch rim. 1.6 is the perfect width for a perfect fit of a 70 width tire. Anything wider would not be ideal for a 70 width front tire which is what 19" offroad tires are. The rim aluminum is the highest strength and quality used for motorcycle rims....7116-t6 aluminum.
