Limited rash/blemishes. Full disclosure, years ago a local tire shop told my wife one wheel was bent, so they sold her a brand new set of after market wheels. I have yet to be able to find the damage on the wheel. Listed them at a discount just in case one needs to be repaired/replaced. No center caps or lugs included....
