These have never had tires on them. Chrome plated steel wheels. 4.5 4.75 bolt pattern unilug. Might fit 5x5, not sure though. 3 inch back spacing, 3.25 inch center bore. They look very nice with scratches on the chrome, minor, but steel wool usually cleans chrome plated wheels up good. So a good steel wool job should make these super nice.
