This is a reconditioned front wheel. The first pic is what it looks like now after it was reconditioned at a professional rim repair facility. Previously, the rim had a ding in the outer lip, as seen in the pics. The ding was repaired, and the entire wheels finish was removed and re powder coated. Please keep in mind that reconditioned is not brand new, and it will not be as perfect as a brand new wheel, but be assured the wheel is straight.
