This is a reconditioned front wheel. The first pic is what it looks like now after it was reconditioned at a professional rim repair facility. Previously, the rim had a ding in the outer lip, as seen in the pics. The ding was repaired, and the entire wheels finish was removed and re powder coated. The wheel has a dip in the outer area where it was repaired. You can see it in the reflection from certain angles.
