This listing is for 2 Hoshino Impul wheels ONLY, tires are NOT included! Wheels are in overall good shape without any cracks or road rash as you can see in the pics. I would recommend getting them refinished for a cleaner look, but nothing wrong with sporting them as is. What you see is what you’ll get so no surprises here.
