Set of 4 ARC Alurad ARB 66 wheels with center caps in need of some TLC. New holes should be made to mount center caps. At least 1 hole on each wheel is stripped. Wheels are quite scratched. There was a tire blowout on one of these wheels and close to another blowout on another one. Someone mounted tires too big that were rubbing on the car. That left a tire mess inside the wheel.
