You are looking at a used Buell Ulysses tall windshield. It has tens of thousands of miles on it but can probably be polished to get it clearer. In those thousands of miles I had it installed, I never had an issue with it coming unattached at highway speeds, so it DOES NOT have any of the recall hardware....
