This Slipstreamer Scooter Lucite Windshield is new with the installation instructions and hardware. Slipstreamer claims thatthis S-SCTR-M Scoot Windshield fits any scooter with 8mm mirror threads. There are a few imperfections on the mounting brackets and hardware of this windscreen. It looks like the bracket was moved aftertightening and it caused some scratching of the black paint.
