Trailer Brake Control Harness 3034 1. Make sure the vehicle is off with the keys removed from the ignition. 2. Locate access panel in the center of dash on passenger side. Using a trim panel puller, locate notch in panel and pry the panel out and away from the dash being careful not to damage the trim or panel.
