This MAC TW75FR 3/8" drive torque wrench is in good working condition. It measures from 15 ft-lbs to 75 ft-lbs or from 10.2NM to 105.1NM. It is 14.5" long. It ratchets well. I tested it and functionally it works, I cannot guarantee how accurate it is though. To adjust the torque, just pull down on the collar and twist. Let go of the collar to make it go back up and lock.
