this is a used preowned 10935288 adjusting wrench for a military vehicle.this is possibly for an air compressor pulley but im not sure.what it adjusts or what vehicle it actually fits i do not know.first off this is actually two wrenches that have been welded together.whether that makes the wrench to thick to use in its intended application once again i do not know.anyway there is wear on this wrench.there are scuffs,scratches,nicks and dings throughout all sides of the wrench.rust is also quite...
