Vintage Plomb 3041 7B Los Angeles 1937 Open End Wrench 1-1/16 7/8 USA SELLING AS IS. Plomb Los Angeles was from 1934-38. Believe Date code 7B is 1937. There is rust on 7/8 end on one side.
