This was a prototype build (1 of 2), meaning that when this car was being built at the time (here in the states), another car (Jaguar XJR) in London, England was also being built around the same time. The goal was to try and build a high horsepower Jaguar XJR even though the stock ECUs on these vehicles are locked from the factory.
